The menu is a reflection of the owners’ rich culinary traditions and seasonal flavors. The bakery features a daily selection of organic breads and decadent treats. La Finestra, the restaurant's Wednesday lunch window, offers a rotating selection of Bianca's signature sandwiches and pizza al taglio.

Led by Gianni and Nicola Vietina of Madeo Ristorante with Executive Pastry Chef Federico Fernandez, formerly of the Four Seasons.
