Bianca officially opened its doors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Via Riyadh.
Founded in 2019 by Gianni and Nicola Vietina, along with former Four Seasons Pastry Chef Federico Fernandez, Bianca offers a unique menu influenced by Italian, Argentinean, and French cuisines. The restaurant combines comfort with quality, creating a welcoming atmosphere that transports diners to a European destination.
Bianca’s signature dishes include tomato bisque avocado toast, grilled gamberoni, and the famous entraña with chimichurri. The bakery features organic sourdough bread and decadent pastries like alfajores and pistachio raspberry cake, all baked fresh daily.
Designed with bright, airy interiors inspired by coastal Tuscany, Bianca is a culinary haven where Saudi diners can experience the brand’s renowned blend of epicurean excellence and community. This is just the start of Bianca’s exciting global expansion.
