Celebrate the holidays from morning to night with festive treats crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Federico Fernandez. Embrace tradition with our signature Panettone and a variety of Christmas desserts influenced by both European inspirations and cherished family traditions.

FOR CHRISTMAS | Preorder by December 21st for pick up on December 24th.

FOR NEW YEARS | Preorder by December 28th for pick up on December 31st.

Bianca will be closed on New Years Day through January 6th. The bakery will reopen on January 7th at 8am and the restaurant will reopen at 11am.

Panettone

A traditional Italian sweet bread, typically served for breakfast or brunch but can be enjoyed any time of day. Available with Classic Candied Fruits, our Signature Chocolate Orange and our 2024 Flavor Dulce de Leche Pecan.

Stollen

Known in Germany as ‘Christstollen’, this sweet bread is baked with dried fruits, nuts and spices.

Bûche de Noël

A classic Christmas dessert in France, this cake is inspired by the Yule Log. Available in Dulce de Leche & Chocolate or Strawberries & Cream.

Apple Pie w/ Homemade Chantilly

Enjoy Executive Pastry Chef Federico’s take on this American classic. Includes homemade whipped cream on the side.
