For dinner, Executive Chef Gianni and Executive Pastry Chef Fede have prepared a prefix menu in homage to our Argentinian, Italian and French roots. The 4-course prefix menu features choices including Tiradito de Kampachi, Black Angus Steak Frites, Chocolate Soufflé, Apple Armagnac Crepes and more.

LA Barista Content Voting
Bianca was invited to participate in the 2021 LA Barista Contest presented by Caffé Vergnano. From October 1st – 7th you can come to Bianca and taste our competing beverage, the Golden Gianduja Cappuccino.
This signature beverage is prepared by pouring Vergnano espresso over gianduja, a silky smooth blend of chocolate and creamy hazelnut. The cappuccino is finished with a layer of pure chocolate, adorned with an edible gold leaf and served with a hazelnut sugar cookie halo.

Father's Day
This year, Father’s Day is the same day as Dia de La Bandera in Argentina. To celebrate both, we are offering a menu inspired by our family's Argentinian ancestors, featuring some of our fathers' favorite dishes.
Specials include Argentinian-style ribs, Choripan (chorizo sandwich), and Federico's famous pastelitos (pictured here!). Our regular menu is also available.

In this seasons of thanks, we invite you to a Friendsgiving event that prioritizes your safety while celebrating culinary arts & good company. We at Bianca have so much to be grateful for, and that includes you. So we created this special tasting menu to express our gratitude, creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
Influenced by our own family traditions, the menu is a feast of Spanish & Italian style tapas for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Each guest will be served 9 tapas including a few Thanksgiving inspired dishes. Pair your festive bites with our wide selection of wine or our seasonal wine cocktails. Finish the meal with 3 personal pies in your favorite seasonal flavors… but with a Bianca twist!

Halloween High Tea Party
A outdoor dining experience you won't want to miss. Bring the family to dine in costume during this Halloween High Tea Party. The spooktacular menu features mini pizzas, tea sandwiches, and a wide variety of fresh-baked sweets served along with your choice of beverages.
Each child will also receive a DIY Cookie Decorating Kit, a great way to end the meal or a fun activity to take home. Additional Cookie Decorating Kits can be purchased at $8 per kit.
